Create my shop

Five steps: your shop’s name and address, your sector, city and currency, your first product from a photo, payment and delivery, then the template. Publish: your shop is online at your-shop.myvitrine.shop.

Add products

Tap “Add a product” and take a photo. The AI assistant suggests the title, description, category, colours and sizes: edit them if needed and set the price. Nothing is published without your review.

Enter the stock per size. A product at 0 shows “Sold out” and customers can ask for a WhatsApp alert: they are told as soon as you restock.

Receive and handle orders

Every order arrives in “Orders”, with a WhatsApp notification. Move it forward: confirmed, preparing, handed to the courier, delivered. Your customer gets the tracking on WhatsApp at each step.

Cash on delivery and WhatsApp orders: the order is marked paid when you deliver it. An order paid online that is not settled within 2 hours is cancelled and its stock goes back on sale. Cancelling an order also puts the stock back on sale.

Payment and delivery

WhatsApp and cash on delivery are included in the Free plan. Mobile Money and card come with Pro, once online payments are live; money collected shows in “Payments” and can be withdrawn to your Mobile Money number.

In “Delivery”, create your zones with their fees and lead times (1 zone on Free, up to 10 on Pro), free delivery from an amount and in-store pickup.

Edit and publish

Products, prices and stock update in your shop right away. The look (template, colour, font, banner, sections) and payment methods change when you click “Publish changes”.

Connect my domain

Available on Pro and Business. In “Domain”, enter your domain: the dashboard shows the records to create at your registrar (a verification TXT, an A record for the bare domain, a CNAME for www).

Verification runs automatically every 10 minutes for 14 days, or immediately with the “Verify” button. The HTTPS certificate is issued automatically.

The visibility score

On Pro, Vitrine measures the quality of your listings (photos, descriptions, product data) and, when engines are enabled, what AI and search engines answer to your customers’ questions. A manual analysis is possible once a day.

No ranking or citation is guaranteed: recommendations show what helps most.

My team

In “Settings”, invite a member with their WhatsApp number. Pro: 2 members; Business: unlimited, with Orders and Deliveries roles.

My data and account

In “Settings”, export all your data as JSON, or delete your account: your shops go offline at once and everything is erased after 30 days, during which you can cancel.
